Failed Lawsuits Mark End of Trump Presidency

Melissa Praemonitus Dec 26, 2020

Although it is by no means clear that President Donald Trump will leave the political scene entirely, Joe Biden has won the Electoral College, and John Fund, author of Stealing Elections: How Voter Fraud Threatens Our Democracy, explains why all the lawsuits failed.

In a National Review essay, Fund says that in elections other than the Presidency, officials are afforded the time to thoroughly investigate election fraud, but with a December 8th certification deadline for all 50 states, there wasn't enough time to do everything required by law to overturn a minimum of three states' election results.

The Media simply ignored the evidence and refused to acknowledge the allegations that Fund details in addition to mail-in signature problems:

92 mail-in ballots cast before voters requested them
217 voters whose mail-in ballots were “applied for, issued, and received all on the same day”
395 out-of-state voters
1,043 people who claimed to live at post-office boxes
2,560 ineligible felons
10,315 dead people
66,247 voters under the age of 18
305,701 voters who requested absentee ballots after the deadline
In Georgia, Joe Biden won by fewer than 12,000 votes.
